Our dedicated, highly trained staffs are experienced to work creatively with challenges while demonstrating patience, love and personal attention to our residents. A minimum of two trained staff are on duty for our residents during the day and optional awake night time staff are available upon request. All staff have fingerprint clearance through the Department of Justice/FBI and certified in First Aid. They receive ongoing training to provide expert care for complex needs including dementia/hospice care and medication management. Their ongoing training far exceeds the minimum requirements from our licensing agency so we stay abreast of the most valuable interventions for our residents. This allows us to manage complex conditions with confidence and experience. Longevity of our staff enables us to focus on a customized approach to care that maximizes independence, anticipates resident needs and promotes improved well-being for our residents as well as peace of mind for our families.
